retreat booking terms and conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF THERE IS ANYTHING UNCLEAR, PLEASE CLARIFY BEFORE BOOKING.

LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

After receipt of your deposit, you will be sent confirmation of your booking. When you receive your confirmation, please check all the information carefully and if anything is incorrect, please inform me immediately. You are then legally responsible for the balance due on the retreat. This balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.

GUEST OCCUPANCY

The person booking the property must be over 18 years of age. On booking you will tell us which room you would like to book.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrival to the retreat centre will be at 1pm on the day the retreat begins. Departure must be made by 1pm on the final day. 

You are responsible for booking your own flights to the retreat centre country and your own transport from the airport. We will set up a group chat so that sharing a taxi can be discussed. We also are able to recommend a reliable taxi service.

For any issues with arrivals you will be issued a phone number to liase with the retreat admin. 

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is due on booking the retreat. Full payment of the total cost is due 4 weeks before the start of your retreat and you are legally responsible to make a timely balance payment.

CANCELLATIONS & fees

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance including cancellation.

a. If we can re allocate your space before the retreat starts you will be due back all monies paid less your non-refundable deposit.

b. We are entitled to require you to leave a Retreat if in our reasonable opinion you behave in an unacceptable manner. In this case, you will not be refunded for any monies paid.
