Often people feel that fat is layered in judgement but for the next 30 minutes indulge me in considering what your fat does to shape you as a person, its role and how you can begin to embrace it. I know that for some this might feel like an uncomfortable listen but if you’ve been listening for a while you’ll know that our journey in this subject will make you truly think about being kinder to yourself.
