For the practitioner ready to supercharge their impact.
FOR COACHES
Your clients leave sessions different. And then come back the same.
The breakthroughs are real. But the change doesn’t always hold. Not because your work isn’t good – because the body hasn’t caught up with what the mind understood. These tools reach what your questions can’t. Your clients will have no idea how you do it. They’ll just know something shifted forever.
FOR YOGA TEACHERS
You know breath. This is something else entirely.
Cueing pranayama and working therapeutically with the breath are two different skills. One follows a sequence. The other reads a person – their nervous system, their history, what they need in this moment. Precise. Responsive. Nothing like what your training covered. This is where your 1:1 work changes.
FOR THERAPISTS AND BODYWORKERS
You’ve felt the moment when something wants to move – and you didn’t quite have what it needed.
The body tells you things before the mind knows them. These practices let you meet that – with tools precise enough to create real movement, safe enough that your clients come back, and subtle enough that they can’t explain what happened. They just know they feel very different. You’re the one they want to work with.

You’re sitting with a client and your whole body is tense.
You can hear their spiralling. You can feel there is a wall.
You’ve done everything right. Asked the right questions. Watched something shift.
And here you are again next week. The familiar wall. Same story.
Every practitioner I’ve ever taught has been here. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been doing this. The pattern doesn’t care about your credentials or expertise.
It’s not your questions. It’s not your approach. It’s not you.
The wall isn’t in their mind. It’s in their body. And no question – however perfectly crafted or delivered – can reach it alone.
That’s not a failing. It’s a gap. And this training fills it.

30 years in. here’s what nobody talks about
There are a lot of breathwork and somatic trainings out there.
Most of them teach you what to do.
This teaches you something they can’t.
Thirty years teaches you to read the subtle shifts. The micro-moments when something is about to open. The quality of stillness that means go, and the tone of voice that means wait. You learn to reflect what you see so precisely that clients feel seen in a way they can’t quite explain – only that they’ve never felt it before. Being met like that.
That’s not a technique. It’s not in a manual. It doesn’t come from a weekend training or even a year-long one. It comes from thousands of hours of presence, precision, and learning to trust what the body shows you. The nuances within the layers.
The body responds best to less – but with precision. That’s what thirty years gives you. That’s what I’m teaching.

something is going wrong in breathwork rooms
I receive calls from around the world. Bali. Ibiza. California.
People who left a Breathwork session traumatised – sometimes for weeks.
People who felt untethered. Frightened.
Breathwork is extraordinary. It’s medicine. It touches the subconscious in ways nothing else can. It connects. It mirrors. It drops people into a place of self-acceptance so complete that resistance dissolves – and when that happens, your clients shift. Genuinely, lastingly move forward.
But it can be facilitated dangerously. Not every breath pattern is right for every body. Not every practitioner has the years it takes to know the difference.
Every technique in this training is chosen because it does NOT lead to catharsis. Gentle. Precise. Transformative. Built for clients who are ready to grow and need the right conditions to let themselves.

Safety isn’t the opposite of powerful. It’s what makes powerful possible.

WHAT PRACTITIONERS SAY
“Instead of addressing behaviours at the surface, I now feel able to support clients in accessing and resolving the root causes held in the body — which has made change feel far more sustainable and less like a constant struggle.”
Before this training, some clients would slip back into old patterns after our work together ended. Since integrating these practices, clients are maintaining change with a greater sense of ease, embodiment, and self-trust. One client who had been struggling with addiction for years – having tried multiple approaches without lasting success – developed a deeper internal regulation that held long after our sessions ended.
Laura, Coach
“Connection to my own body hadn’t felt safe before. And in client sessions there is a deeper transformation – clients aren’t overthinking, so they are feeling. Not spiralling. Not ruminating. Actually feeling.”
I’ve been a coach for three years and I train other coaches. There was a ceiling I could feel and couldn’t name – in my practice and in myself. What Natasha teaches is the thing most coaching qualifications don’t touch. Six hours. I wish I’d had it three years ago.

THE STORY BEHIND ATTUNEMENT
He was a university professor.
Sharp. Brilliant. Could articulate his inner world with a precision that took my breath away.
And he couldn’t feel a thing.
He’d come to me for bodywork. But after a few sessions he asked if we could extend our time – could we coach too? And slowly I understood why. He’d experienced something as a boy that was still impacting him. In all areas – work, relationships, health.
For months we’d meet. The stories shifted, slowly. But when it came to sensation – to feeling – something closed. Not completely. Just enough that I could sense it. A wall of fear. His safety lived in his head. And that safety was the thing keeping him from going deeper.
I never pushed him toward feeling. I worked at his pace, reading him the way you learn to read someone after years of this work.
How did I know when to move and when to wait? How did I get it so right with someone so scared?
That’s attunement. Not a concept. A felt skill. One you’ll carry into every session you hold from this point on.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
A practitioner who hasn’t felt this work in their own body cannot hold it for a client. There’s an unspoken gap in the room – clients sense it even when they can’t name it. Before you facilitate anything, you experience it. That changes everything about how you work with it.
SESSION ONE
Saturday 9th May · 3 hours · live online
THREE BREATHWORK TECHNIQUES
Three techniques. Each one chosen for what it does that the others don’t. One calms the nervous system and liberates the mind – clients drop into a clarity they’ve never been able to think their way to.
One opens the body’s own knowing, the self-trust that’s been drowned out by noise.
One creates a felt shift in connection so complete that something in the client simply reorganises. You’ll know which to reach for. You’ll know why. That precision is what separates this from anything you’d find elsewhere.
ATTUNEMENT
Most practitioners work from the surface – following a blueprint, reading words, missing what’s actually happening. Attunement is different. It’s the ability to read the subtle shifts – the micro-moment when something wants to open, the quality of stillness that says move, the quality that says wait. The tone. The body language. When you have this, clients feel seen in a way they can’t explain. Sessions land differently. Results hold. And clients who didn’t rebook – do.

SESSION TWO
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Sunday 10th May · 3 hours · live online
Somatic presence practice
Brings clients into the present moment and out of the spiral. Not asking what they think – helping them feel what’s actually there.
Creates a felt sense of safety that allows movement forwards in ways their nervous system has quietly been preventing.
Works in 1:1 and groups, online and in-person.
GROUNDING INTO THE BONES
A somatic movement practice that anchors clients to a time when they felt most connected, most alive, most themselves – and brings that felt sense fully into the present. Not a visualisation. A body experience. Clients finish this one different to how they started.
Works in 1:1 and groups, online and in-person.
META MODEL WITH BREATHWORK
Short, precise questions delivered with breath as the anchor – dropping clients into their subconscious and body wisdom. The breath doesn’t just support the questions. It makes the answers possible.
Works in 1:1 and groups, online and in-person.

YOUR TEACHER
I’ve been doing this work for thirty years. I know what it gives you – and I know what it takes to give it well.
I’m a somatic practitioner, retreat facilitator, author, and educator. I’ve trained 1000’s of practitioners, coaches, yoga teachers around the world, published a book that took twenty years to develop, and spent three decades in rooms with people at every stage of their healing.
What I bring isn’t a system. It’s a quality of presence – grounded, at ease, in safe hands – that clients feel the moment they arrive. That ease isn’t personality. It’s thirty years of practice. And it’s exactly what I’ll be helping you develop in yours.
The tools in this training are the ones I return to every time. The ones that work when nothing else has or can.
