Three Vital Communication Tips to Attract More Clients

Feb 17, 2022

In this weeks episode I share with you 3 tips in how to communicate to attract clients (and keep them.)

Have you got an elevator pitch and does it turn clients away or towards your business?  I have seen it go wrong with wellness practitioners so many times in the past and its disheartening

Are you ethical, prioritising the clients health over your income and can you have integrity and build a successful practice – we talk about the nuances.

Are you building a referral system – we dive into this so you can get clarity about why you may need to explore this in your practice.

How inclusive is your wellness business?  Never has this been a more important time to ask yourself this question to ensure ALL people feel welcome in your practice.

How do you navigate boundaries – how can you communicate these boundaries and why is this important for you.

The use of language and how incredibly powerful it is (and without knowing it you may need to tweak HOW you speak and WHAT you say).

Did you consider that the art of listening is also a major component in communication skills that will help you build a reputation and loyal clients.

I’ve had 30 years in practice with clients and I know all of these make a big difference.
