Laura Martin
I am a trauma release facilitator based in Scotland, specialising in working with burnout. I work with people who have been juggling lots of balls for too long and despite external success are experiencing symptoms such as headaches, racing thoughts, and anxiety. My expertise centers around using the TRM method to get underneath the surface and work with nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and releasing trauma stored in the body to treat the causes of the behaviours and beliefs that lead to burnout. So that people can finally break free from burnout and reclaim their full potential.

Emma Quick
Emma is a South Wales based Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Training provider and Workshop Facilitator and began training and working in this field in 2009 after returning from 9 months travelling in South America. Prior to travelling, Emma studied to PhD level and then successfully worked within the discipline of Genetic Toxicology, where she had many publications and got involved in lots of big projects.
However, Emma always felt like something was missing and her natural qualities of listening, empathy, patience, compassion and her natural desire to help others on a more personal level were being overlooked. Therefore, she decided to retrain as a Psychotherapist/counsellor.
Emma has exceled in her private practice and works with several organisations and charities. In the last few years, Emma has branched out into couple’s counselling, providing training, running personal development workshops and setting up a bereavement support group. All of which she really loves doing.
Emma is an integrative counsellor and uses a variety of skills, knowledge, techniques, approaches and theories, to help people work through their unprocessed trauma, emotions and experiences, while also helping them to build their self-esteem and their happiness, so they can live a more mindful and satisfying life. Emma is influenced by Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural Theories, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Jungian psychology, Transactional analysis, Creative therapies and Positive psychology to name a few. Emma has also been working on her own personal development since 2007.
