WHAT TO EXPECT IN A BREATHWORK SESSION

 

In a 1:1 session there is usually around 30 minutes or so as the consultation, exploring what issues are there, talking and being coached.  The Breathing part of the sessions is between 15-60 minutes followed by the integration which is the part of the session that where the processing happens and you share your experience and insights.

You’ll be lying down, relaxed, warm and cosy in a private space where you wont be disturbed.  (This may be in clinic or in the comfort of your own home).

 

You’ll be taught how to connect your breathing consciously with no pauses at the top or bottom of the breath.

You’ll take full, relaxed breaths as you find a natural rhythm of your own.

  

HOW DOES IT WORK

Every breathwork session is different.  The breath always delivers the medicine you are ready for, bringing to your attention what you are ready to explore and resolve.  By trusting the breath and your body you’ll open up to the deepest wisdom you already have inside you and to incredible self-healing potential.  

 

You’ll be taught how to take rich, deep and full breaths using the diaphragm which then internally massages the organs.

 

 

WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?

You may feel a variety of many different sensations as you breathe.  You might get hot or cold or have temperature fluctuation.  You may get very tingly, or feel very heavy.  You may experience a whole range of emotions  – anything from bliss and joy to grief and sadness as memories surface to be healed and released.
